  • 1. HOW MUCH DOES IT COST FOR VIRGIN BAR MOBILE REMIX TO CATER MY EVENT?

    Every event and celebration is unique. Rates are based on guest count, number of mixologist needed, mocktail and menu selection, and duration of the event. Our standard rates starts at $700. The Premiere (Pre-Paid) Package requires a 18% gratuity and 20% gratuity on holidays that is applied to the final invoice. The Cash Bar Package starts at $350 and requires a 10% gratuity and tip jar setup.

    Packages will range depending on multiple variables. We offer multiple package options and customized packages. We suggest reading our services and add-ons page before submitting an inquiry to know what packages we offer and pricing.   • 3. DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM?

    Our minimum Virgin Bar Mobile Remix beverage service time is 3 hours, in addition all packages include 2 hours of setup and 1 hour breakdown. Our minimum guest count starts at 75 guests. However, if you have a smaller party please contact us via booking form with all your special requests and let’s customize a package that's perfect for you!

    We believe everyone should experience the Virgin Bar experience! At Virgin Bar, happy hour is every hour. We bring the cheers to any occasion! We service more than 30 event types. Tell us the party details - we’re there!

  • 5. HOW FAR DO YOU TRAVEL?

    Virgin Bar is based in USA, with locations based in the state of Michigan. All of our Virgin Bar Mobile Remix event packages includes 30 miles of round-trip travel from 48377 zip code. Events that exceed the complimentary 30-mile round-trip travel may require a travel fee of $3.00 per mile and will be applied to the final invoice.

    Virgin Bar Mobile Remix also serves long-distance and out of state events. For long-distance travel, overnight accommodations may be required. Virgin Bar Mobile Remix loves to travel, especially traveling to celebrate! (Our two favorite things)!   • 6. DO YOU PROVIDE BARTENDERS?

    For all of our Virgin Bar Mobile Remix events, certified bartenders will be on-site to serve you and deliver you the Virgin Bar experience. The number of mixologists / bartenders are determined by guest count. Please see our packages for recommended minimum bartenders needed for your occasion.

  • 7. DO YOU DO EVENTS ON HOLIDAYS?

    Virgin Bar loves the holidays! There’s nothing better than a luxury mock-tail at a holiday party. Holidays are one of our highest demands. We bring the cheers to any occasion on all calendar holidays! If you’re interested in booking Virgin Bar Mobile Remix on a holiday we encourage you to book as soon as possible, as holidays book quickly. Holiday service rates increase and require a 20% gratuity applied to the final invoice. Contact us via booking form with all your special requests and let’s have a happy holiday and happy hour!

  • 8. DO YOU HAVE A BOOKING DEADLINE?

    Virgin Bar Mobile Remix services are in high demand. We suggest reserving your date as soon as possible, especially if your event occurs during the weekend or on a holiday, as weekends and holidays tend to book faster than other days.

    Typically we require at least 60 days in advance to reserve Virgin Bar Mobile Remix services to deliver our one of a kind experience in full effect. Each occasion is unique. Our planning model is quite unique to provide you the Virgin Bar experience. We love details and no detail is too small for us. We plan for every detail for the Mobile Remix experience. It takes time and dedication. The more advanced notice, the better. Reach out to us and we will do our best to accommodate a sooner timeline with the same outcome.

    You are able to book as far as 1 year in advance.

  • 9. I’M READY TO BOOK. WHAT IS REQUIRED TO RESERVE MY DATE?

    We do require a signed booking agreement and a non-refundable 50% deposit if your event is booked within 90 days or more, or a non-refundable 75% deposit if booked less than 90 days, with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to your event date. 100% full price is required to book your reservation within 30 days or less. Cash Bar Packages must be paid in full upon booking. Payment reminders and invoices will be sent in the appropriate time frame after initial invoice. We can only guarantee a booking once both the signed booking agreement and deposit are received on a first come, first served basis. We appreciate your business!

  • 10. WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?

    *Cancellations must be requested within 120 days or more prior to the event date. Deposits and/or payments for events with a 120-day curtesy notice will only apply a 30% cancellation fee.

    *Payments will not be refunded for cancellations requested less than 120 days prior to the event date.

    *All deposits are non-refundable within 120 days of your event. Deposits are transferable for a rescheduled event date within 90 days of your original event date.

    *Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via cancellation form located on our website. Cancellation notices will not be accepted via phone, voicemail, or text and will not be considered as a valid cancellation of your event.

  • 11. CAN I CHANGE MY EVENT DATE?

    We get it, stuff happens! We respectfully request a 60 day courtesy notice for events to be rescheduled, as rescheduling greatly affects us. Due to our advanced booking model and high demand we cannot guarantee availability for date changes. However, if our booking availability allows, we are happy to accommodate you as best as we can. Events must be rescheduled within 90 days of your original event date. If rebooked and rescheduled within 90 days your deposit will be reserved and applied to your final invoice. If there are changes to your event package such as menu modifications or guest count, rates are subject to change and a modification fee will be applied to final invoice. Event modifications can only be made during the initial consultation upon rebooking.

    If there is no availability to reschedule or the client does not have the event date within the 90 day period all deposits and payments will be non-refundable.

    Rescheduling request and notices via phone, voicemail, or text will not be considered as a valid Date Change Request for your event. Date Change Requests must be submitted in writing via Date Change form located on our website. Event Date Changes must first be approved and can only be guaranteed once the updated signed booking agreement has been received.

  • 12. CAN I GET REFUNDED OR CAN I RESCHEDULE FOR BAD WEATHER?

    Let’s be honest, weather is sometimes unpredictable! Due to our advanced booking model, unfortunately, we aren’t able to change dates last minute due to inclement weather affecting outdoor events. All deposits and payments are non-refundable. If such circumstances occur with rain or inclement weather projected for your outdoor event, we are happy to use our 12 X 12 tent and also work with your tent vendor for any additional overhead needed that’s appropriate for our Virgin Bar Mobile Remix services. As an alternative option, we’re also happy to relocate the bar services indoors of your venue location.

  • 13. DO YOU PROVIDE ALCOHOLIC OPTIONS?

    Virgin Bar only serves “Virgin” —non-alcoholic drinks. We adhere to liquor laws which strictly prevent the sale of alcohol as a mobile bar. We are 100% alcohol-free. We do not include alcohol. We establish a culture based on non-alcoholic drinks to demonstrate and lead attractive and exciting lifestyles without intoxication.

    VIRGIN BAR has a STRICT NO SERVE, NO SELL, NO DISTRIBUTE policy. Our bottle opener equipment is to assist with non-alcoholic beverages only. We will not even assist with bottle opening of alcoholic beverages.

    Due to licensing restrictions by the State, Virgin Bar & Virgin Bar Mobile Remix does not provide any alcoholic beverages. Neither do we accept any payment for alcohol purchasing and reselling. Virgin Bar has a strict alcoholic-free policy. This means, pricing and payment for alcohol must remain separate from Virgin Bar. If you choose to BYOB (Bring Your Own Booze) and add alcohol to our Virgin Bar mock-tails and beverages, your venue or your caterer provides the alcohol. Or the host of the party will have to make this purchase separately from Virgin Bar.

    If you purchase the beer or liquor from your preferred vendor you assume responsibility of legal drinking age identification and any consumption monitoring, alcohol-influenced property damage, alcohol-influenced assaults, body injury, drunk driving, and claims alike.

  • 14. CAN YOU HELP ME SELECT MY DRINK MENU FOR MY EVENT?

    We are here for you every step of the way. Every Virgin Bar Mobile Remix package includes two 1-hour consultations. We will work very closely with you to create your perfect mocktail menu from drink selection to deciding quantities your guest needs, number of mixologist needed, duration of the event, and costs. Choose signatures, mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, sparkling juices, teas, and even customized drinks! We can also assist you in menu planning from our our fancy foods and sweets and treats selection if you desire. Tell us what you like! Choose from our curated list of beverage and menu selections, we’ll help create your online checkout cart and customized menu.

  • 15. DO YOU CARRY INSURANCE?

    Yes, we carry General Liability Insurance. It is your responsibility to obtain the proper licenses and permits for your event.
