How many guests can I make a reservation for?

Our venue comfortably seats 10 people. We have additional lounge areas if your party exceeds 10 guests.

What do I need to book a reservation?

Complete the reservation form and our event coordinator will create a contract for you. After reviewing it, just sign and return the contract along with a $200 retainer. All reservations have a minimum $200 spending requirement, not including 20% gratuity. Then invite your guests and we’ll do the rest!

What does my reservation include?

What is your reservation scheduling and cancellation policy?

All reservations are for private events during after hours. All reservations are secured with a credit card. Changes in the reservation may be subject to a $25 / person non-refundable service charge. There is a $50 cancellation fee up to 24 hours. No shows will be subject to pay full service charge.

Can I bring cake or cupcakes?

Absolutely! Virgin Bar also offers custom cakes and cupcakes with advanced notice. In addition, we provide ice cream and specialty ice cream desserts on our menu. We ask that if you bring your own cake / cupcakes that it is store-bought and not ice cream and not an ice-cream cake.

Can I decorate for the party / reservation?

Decorations are allowed, except confetti, glitter, silly string, or candles (other than for the cake).
