  • Passionate people who have a passion to delivered unparalleled service and hospitality

  • Vibrant, energetic team players who happen to also love mocktails, smoothies, milkshakes, tropical cuisine, etc 

  • Legally authorized for employment in the United States

  • Minimum 16 years of age

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills in English language at a native level

  • Must have open availability to work flexible hours, weekend availability 

  • Ability to remain standing for the entire length of shift 4-8hrs, 4hrs at a time 

  • Endure exposure to moderate to high environmental music and noise levels  during busy times.

  • OUTGOING and DYNAMIC personality 

  • Ability to lift stock up to 25 pounds occasionally

  • Comply with all food and beverage regulations

  • Quick learner in our fast-paced environment

  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure

  • Stamina for constant walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions. 

  • Excellent customer interaction skills in delivering a superior service experience

  • Ability to remember names and faces of regular guests — and greet them by name.

  • Multi-tasking skills without compromising on quality and timeliness

  • Effective time management skills

  • Organization skills for easy access and movement efficiency in workspace 

  • Sales pitch skills to invite mall guest into the café from sampling and mocktail demonstrations to increase revenue from mocktails and suggestively up sell concession items at the bar. Promote drink and menu specials. 

  • Problem solving and decision making skills

  • High-attention to detail 

  • High-attention to cleanliness and safety

  • An initiator 

  • Basic computer skills

  • Basic math skills 

  • Positive attitude

  • Customer-oriented approach and patience

  • Responsible and trustworthy

  • Food safety training will be considered a plus

  • Upscale Casual or Fine dining experience a definite plus
